Project Description:
Truck came in with brake problems – grinding and pulling when braking.
What We Did:
- Discussed symptoms in detail with the customer (more details help us identify the problem better) and duplicated the issues on a test drive with the customer.
- After we determined what was causing the problem, we put together a list of parts we needed and with the customer’s approval, the order was placed.
- After replacing all the faulty brake components, we assembled everything with proper lubrication and torque.
- Test drove vehicle after repair to confirm the issue was fixed.
- Satisfied customer!
